2. The service
SubhDev provides tools for turning Markdown and other user-provided content into formatted documents and PDF exports. Features may change as the product is tested and improved.
The current version is an early public product and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or limitations.
3. Your content
You retain responsibility for the content you provide to SubhDev. Using the service does not transfer ownership of your original content to SubhDev.
You must have the rights and permissions necessary to use, process, and export the content you submit.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use SubhDev to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or intentionally abuse infrastructure.
5. Generated documents
SubhDev helps format and export user-provided content. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy, completeness, legality, confidentiality, and suitability of the final document before sharing or relying on it.
6. Availability and changes
The service may be updated, modified, interrupted, or discontinued. No guarantee is made that every feature will always be available or remain unchanged.
Because the current editor uses local browser storage, you are responsible for keeping copies of important source content outside SubhDev.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
SubhDev is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, SubhDev is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service.
